seagate hdd jumper settings
I have a WD800 hard drive and Seagate. I wd800 as a slave. How can I save? jumper settings?
4 pairs (8-pin ):::: does not need a bridge ????? If yes, where?
It probably has 9 pins instead of 8. You can not specify what the WD800 model you have, but you probably need to fill the four pins further from the simple (9) pins with two bridges running up / down (not sideways). For details, see the source I cited the complete model number.
