My motherboard SLI or Crossfire?
I recently got a new computer that has an ATI Radeon HD 3650 (256 MB) PCI Video that. I wondered if I bought another one if I could establish in the crossfire with it. My motherboard chipset called the Intel G45 and Eaglelake the name of the Dell Vostro 420 motherboard is standard. Anyone know if I'll be able to establish exchanges of fire with the same SLI? No, the motherboard does not support SLI or Crossfire. The SLI and Crossfire motherboards with two PCI Express 16x slots or more. Your motherboard has one PCI Express x16 only. You can use a video card one at a time. Crossfiring two HD3650 is not profitable anyway. A HD4870 will perform faster than two HD3650 in Crossfire for the same cost as Crossfire configuration (two HD3650, a power supply Crossfire ready motherboard and Crossfire).
