How 1.5Gb / s, with transfer speeds of SATA hard disk?
How can I get at full speed while I get only about 20 MB / s in the file transfer files between partitions on a single SATA hard disk? Benchmark using HD Tune v2.55 gave me the average transfer rate of about 42-45 MB / s, and the rate of rupture in the 110-115 MB / s. .. So, is this normal or am I missing a SATA in any way? Spec: Maxtor Diamond 10 (@ 160 6B160M0, 8 MB cache) + 1 IDE hard drive other the master, Windows XP SP3 Pro, Pentium 4@2.8GHz .. Note that the IDE drive was also installed XP, but not boot dual. I connect the IDE to run XP on the SATA hard drive. HD Tune shows how to activate my SATA hard drive is "UDMA Mode 5 (Ultra ATA/100)" instead of SATA150. Pls help
it depends not only on its SATA … Login .. but also on the hard drive of your operating system … RAM memory and processor … and another factor is the number that file transfer when transferring a file with a size of 2 GB with 1000 files in it I've got about 7-14 MB / sec, but the transfer of a single file with a size of 700MB, can I transfer in less than 5 seconds to 200MB/sec
