SATA hard disk transfer rate?

I have a Seagate ST3160211AS 160 GB SATA internal hard drive. Moving files i logical drives, it takes about four minutes to move a 170 MB file! How I can solve this problem? Sentinel Pro and more reports that my health is the hard drive 65 536 9% and disk drive has bad sectors. Regenrator I went with all hard drive and now it keeps showing the same thing please help me check through Windows Disk reports 0 KB in bad sectors
