How I can download the drivers for my motherboard IWILL KK266-R? Iwill site (s) seem to have disappeared!

I try to get a Seagate ATA-100 drive recognized by Windows 2000 with my motherboard IWILL KK266-R. Appears in the BIOS (like 137GB), but not in Windows 2000 Professional. Do not upgrade to Windows XP solve / Vista this without having to update the BIOS or motherboard changes? Thanks!
