I have a message "Failed to load the Intel ucode," then I have to press F1 before I can open my operating system. What harm?

Asus motherboard and Pentium 4 3.06GHz HT. Windows XP SP2.

Updating the BIOS software or go to Manufaturer CPU support group send message error.
