Why is the Task Manager 100% 10 points for the solution?
My task manager is stuck at 100% is really the first step and my CPU is very slow, explorer.exe is running the program are between 90 and 100%, but when I close it, all my icons and programs I have open disappears screen until you reboot. please help, 10 points solution
What about uninstalling and reinstalling Explorer browser.
