How can you tell if the cpu slot is broken?
Ok first of all my computer processor was stuck in the cpu slot. I had to pry it out(i know this is not supposed to happen…) in the process of taking it out i damaged a pin thats on the cpu slot. i tried to turn on my computer and it does turn on, just no visual on the monitor. could it be the cpu slot or the graphic card…
when i turn it on it sounds fine and acts normal, just no visual.
i dunno what to do n e more.
is a new motherboard the only option if so?
if the cpu slot is broken does prevent everything?
what caused the cpu to get stuck when i tried to take it out?
please answer all these questions!
Try a new Heatsink Material . Make sure everything is well-placed;if nothing ’s working, then It’s definitely the motherboard or even the cpu .
