cpu intel core 2 duo e7400
Is my Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E7400 @ 2.80 GHz, a 64 bit or a 32 bit?
the above is my processor and i would like to know if i can run a 64 bit OS like Windows 7 64 bit. in CPU z under caches it says size is 32 bytes x 2 descriptor says 64 byte line style. so is this a 64 bit? if i am looking at the wrong thing please tell me where to look in CPU z.
P.S on the intel site under my processor name it says 64 bit computing is possible. so please help me i want win 7 really bad.

it can run both type of OS. either 32bit or 64bit. it would depend on the OS you will be installing. if you want to go win 7 64bit, be sure that your motherboard has already drivers for win7 64bit and also your graphics card and also, have a good amount of RAM, 4GB would be nice since it can be utilized with any windows 64bit OS and since you want win 7, which is a better OS from vista, which i am using right now with 4GB of memory, its quite fast i might say. no lags in everything i do.
