How I can know how many volts to give my CPU (overclocking)?

I want my E8400 overclocked to 3825, so I have to change my FSB 425 right. But idk what to do with stress. I have CPU-Z and OCCT RealTemp installed. How I can know if I'm above or below the required voltage? And it's obvious problems, but the tension is basically the default values?
