Is this processor to make a fan?
I'm making the new computer, my first build, and I wondered if this processor has a CPU fan. This would be very useful because I do not want to lose another $ 20 to buy another, or the option not to buy one and have no CPU cooler at all. All AMD processors are in the box are not explicitly Black version actually come with them. No versions of any Sempron Black. You might consider the most powerful in the series Athlon II Sempron. First, start at the same speed with nuclei an additional level of cache for $ 20 more. Start with two cores instead of the Sempron only.
