My monitor is not detected 3D Alienware NVIDIA 3D Vision?

Hello …. I recently purchased a new Alienware aw optx2310 3D Monitor and NVIDIA GeForce 470 cards with 3D vision kit …. when I install the 3D view, a configuration wizard runs tests for the hardware .. detects infrared transmitter, but after a message of "3D display that are not compatible" Even if I have a nvidia Alienware monitor supports 120 Hz .. is really frustrating … I did everything as indicated in the manual but I wonder what is wrong … would u please help me to solve this problem … I can not understand what the problem … my system specs 2.8 GHz Core 2 Duo Motherboard, DG31PR, asus GeForce 470 4 GB of RAM and 120 Hz optx2310 shutter 3D glasses 3D NVIDIA …. Plz plz help me ….

Check the drives, make sure your monitor has an update rate sufficient to handle 3-D acceleration. (At least 240 Hz) …. THEN CALL … ALIENWARE YOU PAY enough Money USE YOUR SUPPORT!
