What about my motherboard?

Hi, I have had hundreds of problems with my computer, these problems normally should lead owner to launch your computer, or atleast a failure, and were caused by my motherboard ASUS cheap and nasty. a problem that can not be fixed, however, is: to install a disk that is needed to flash my bios is needed to install my CPU needed to install Windows without touching my mother, something happened to my mother, I saw a small spark, which could have a short or something. but now when I turn the power, natural light which shows that the motherboard has the power is on, but when Press the power button, nothing happens. I've tried everything from removing the power supply out of the motherboard, I tried PWR switch back, but nothing work. this is my question, does not have to be rude, but do not try to answer them unless you can. considering I have no operating system, the "symptoms" above, what could be wrong

What? Flash BIOS to install a processor. I'll go with that. Install Windows first? You mean first you must install Windows, to install a particular processor? If you have a motherboard that is capable of supporting at least a 500 MHz processor, pulled at the door! Update the BIOS or not. What happened? I do not know "Actually, I was not there to watch. Chispa after installing a hard drive? Is the power off the AC power source when it worked on the motherboard? Have you, by touching the metal chassis of the computer case, before starting work on the computer? A small spark of static, and the computer bye! You can record all sensitive components on this motherboard. If you're real lucky, just burn the electrolytic capacitors. I say luck, but would be replaced. The estimated expansion slots are the filters of the graphics card, ethernet card, etc. They are in a circuit series, and usually takes more than one motherboard to put down. One of "tapas" around the CPU socket on the motherboard will begin on the sidewalk. These are the voltage regulators for the processor. This is what they seem, and what appear when they are bad. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oDGjWOabJ2E (I'll spend on music. Only my opinion!) Replacement vid capacitor. Making soldering skills! I do not recommend doing this, simply complete the sum of knowledge. Something http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=on_2CP52cW4&feature=related I think you might be interested, I've found. Http: / / www.weirdstuff.com/cgi-bin/item/15196 to put back in bidness cheaper! If not 400 MHz DDR RAM, which need to obtain the sum of this motherboard / CPU combo. (The DDR ram this site is a SO-DIMM for laptops.) Try Tigerdirect.com or Newegg.com
